So many folks get married in the spring and fall but here is where I tell you that I really feel like winter is the unsung hero of wedding seasons! Winter opens you up to some really interesting options for time of day, decor and bonus points - it's unlikely to rain or be so hot that your guests start melting.
Ali and Ben sealed the deal at the beautiful Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, VA and it was really the most perfect backdrop to their day. I loved Ali's stunning dress (with pockets!) and that Ben wore navy.
While some of their guest were burning up the dancefloor, others were outside having cigars and s'mores which I thought was absolutely brilliant because it incorporated things Ali and Ben liked and gave folks a respite from the party.
