One of the greatest joys of this job is that I can make my skill-set available to people I know and people I love - like these photos of my sister and her fiancee. Taken at The Library of Congress - I love the ease of this session and I was just so profoundly happy for my sister to find someone who loves and cherishes her the way she so hugely deserves.

I also deeply love when couples are not afraid to embrace color for engagement sessions. Yes, a white dress is nice but I think they're better saved for THE white dress. Engagement sessions are an amazing opportunity to show your style and your personality and as your photographer that's always so much fun for me.
