One of the things I will say to everyone I photograph is that I'm happy to offer suggestions and ideas for what your session could look like but I also LOVE when folks come with a vision. Liz and Kienan came with a vision and we ended up at Vinyl & Pages in Baltimore, MD for their maternity session. Vinyl & Pages is a Black-owned business and was such an incredibly vibey backdrop to celebrate the impending arrival of Liz and Kienan's baby girl.

I loved incorporating the records into their session and just being in the space and hanging out. Photography doesn't need to be overly complicated or fussy - you can just show up and be yourself and the story will reveal itself.
